Understanding Your Bill

This area will contain important messages from NPW.

A summary of the amount of water your household or business has used over the past two months.

A graph summarizing your water use over the past year.

Alerts will go here if applicable. “Closing Bill” indicates a final bill has been processed.

A summary of your billing information, including the billing period and due date.

A breakdown of the total amount due.

Balance forward is any past due balance that has not been paid and late.
Water charge is the basic rate + consumption used, billed in hundred cubic feet.
Miscellaneous Charges: This is where street lights will be billed and any other additional charges and or fees such as account set up, duplicate bill fee, delinquent fee, door tag fee etc. if applicable.
