Payment Options
The District offers you the option to review your account and/or pay your water bill online. The Invoice Cloud portal allows you to make one-time payments or setup an account to take advantage of some new offerings such as email notifications when your bill is ready and email confirmation of your payment amount and date, pay by text to get notifications about your bill or make payments, setup recurring payments and more.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card (Discover Debit only). There are no fees charged when paying in person, online or via our automated phone payment system. There will be a $1000 per transaction limit on debit and credit card payments. Please do not mail cash payments.

What forms of payment can I use?
Auto-Pay Option
You may have the payment automatically deducted from your bank account or set up auto pay via a credit or debit card. All auto pay is now set up by the customer via our Invoice Cloud online bill pay service. Auto Pay is only available to the owner, not available for tenants and or renters. Please create an account and follow the online instructions. Your payment will be deducted from your chosen method of payment five days prior to the due date.
Pay by Phone
For security purposes, the district accepts phone payments via our automated phone system only. Phone payments can be made 24/7 via the automated phone payment system by calling 844-943-3985 or you can call our office at 360-373-9508 and press option 3.
Debit or Credit Card
You may pay over the phone with a debit or credit card.
Electronic Check
You may also make payment by Electronic Check. *Please be sure to enter the routing number as listed on your paper check. All returned payments are subject to the original payment amount, plus a $40.00 returned item fee.

Please ensure your account number is listed on your check and/or remittance stub.
Disconnect Notice
If you are paying from a disconnect notice, do not mail your payment. The District may not receive your payment in time and lock the meter.
Pay at the District
During Office Hours
Drop your payment off at our office during office hours.
After Hours
For your convenience, the District has a payment drop box located near the front door for after hours payments. Please note: All payments received after midnight will be posted the following business day.
