Billing for Rentals

All North Perry Avenue Water District accounts are required to be in the name of the legal property owner. The District does not bill renters, only owners. At the owner’s request a copy of the bill can also be mailed to “Current Resident” at the service address. There is a $5 per billing cycle fee added if this service is chosen. Please note that the District reads meters every two months for billing. If your tenant moves in or out in the middle of the billing cycle, we do not read the meter or create a prorated bill.
